Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kalixaa matrimonial platform and its services. By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Payment and Refund Policy

1.1 Payment Methods
Our website accepts all payment methods as specified to the user during the checkout process. Any applicable fees associated with a transaction will be communicated to the user at the time of purchase.

1.2 Payment Processing
Payments will be processed immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Once payment is completed, the services will be activated promptly without delay.

1.3 Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund for any unused services after the purchase package. However, if the firm does not receive the subscriber’s payment, the firm will process the refund based on the terms and conditions outlined here. The subscriber must provide payment details to the firm within 24 hours, and the firm will issue the refund to the original payment account within one week, without any interest.
In case of a UPA (Unified Payments Interface) payment failure, where the fee paid by the customer is not credited to the firm’s account, the subscriber must provide the necessary evidence (such as a bank statement or confirmation from the bank) via email to the support email. After verification, the firm will refund the amount not credited to the account within seven days.

1.4 Withholding Refunds
We reserve the right to withhold refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity related to the payment. This safeguards the platform from potential fraudulent transactions.

1.5 Failure to Provide Services
If Kalixaa is unable to provide the services as promised, a full refund will be issued to the user for the services not delivered.

1.6 Cancellation Policy
Once the payment has been made to the firm, users cannot cancel the services being provided. However, users may cancel their request for services before payment to the firm. Cancellation requests after payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.

1.7 Disputed Charges
If a user disputes a charge, the platform will investigate the matter and respond within 7 (seven) days. If the dispute remains unresolved within this time, the firm will inform the user about the delay or procedure being followed for resolution.

1.8 Chargebacks
If a user initiates a chargeback, Kalixaa will dispute the chargeback and provide evidence to support its claim. The firm reserves the right to take legal action if required.

1.9 Account Suspension
Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension of your account until the payment is received. If payments are delayed, your access to certain features may be restricted.

1.10 Billing Disputes
If a user has any billing disputes, they should contact Kalixaa immediately through the provided support channels for resolution.

1.11 Currency Conversion Charges
If the user is paying in a currency other than their local currency, the exchange rate will be determined by the payment processor. Users will be liable for any conversion charges or additional fees imposed by the payment processor.

1.12 Taxes
Users are responsible for any taxes or fees related to their purchases made on Kalixaa. The applicable taxes will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the user's location and may vary depending on local tax laws.

2. Registration and Account Creation

2.1 Eligibility
To register and use the services of Kalixaa, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. You represent and warrant that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. Notify Kalixaa immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account as necessary.

Kalixaa offers profile verification services, including phone number and photo verification, to help confirm the authenticity of profiles. However, verification does not guarantee match compatibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kalixaa provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee error-free services or uninterrupted access. We disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied.

9.2 Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Gujarat, and the language of arbitration will be English.
